Yeah! What a great tool! Well done. I love that it is focused enough to provide value without being a drag on the process. I’d love to hear how it’s working with your team.

I started using a User Needs & Experience Goals framework I came up with, which I think would be supported pretty handily by your PDC.

As I wade deeper into the process of design I am reminded of some writing advice I got years ago to always have a sense of:

Who are you writing to? And where are you writing from?
